1. After a long Covid hiatus, im back into my favorite training activity : Spinning and Pilates and it feels so good ! After spending a lot of my spare time outside of work this past few months playing chess or watching TV with some yummy snacks (chocolate, to be more precise) getting back my energy level and feeling better in my skin is my new priority. And you know what a new activity means? New workout gear, duh. You know im a sucker for natural colours, but I've been feeling the greens and the blues lately and I can't wait to receive this new outfit I got ! 

2. In the same order of idea, I've been looking for healthy but still yummy recipes and kitchen accessories to help me cook home made dish a little more ! Time to get our good habits back ; who's with me ?

3. I've tried this salad recipe from Pinterest and it is to diiiiie for, thank me later ! I've changed the recipe a little bit to my taste so here are the ingredients I used :

  • 6 Blood oranges

  • 3 Cara cara oranges

  • 1/4 Red onion, large

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup Sheep's milk feta

  • 1 bunch of mint
